The Colle Bereto vineyard is in the heart of the Chianti, a few hundred meters from Radda.
And Radda has for many years been represented and promoted by a lovely shop that bears its name and sells its produce. But lately the Pinzauti family has had another idea, and that is to bring a little bit of Chianti countryside into the center of Florence. And last year they opened a large wine bar with equally large ambitions. At 5-red Piazza Strozzi people can enjoy a bar with a sober and elegant taste, as wine requires.
There are small dishes to try, washed down with the entire range of Colle Bereto wines. In the summer, there are tables outside and you can sit in front of some of the most renowned Renaissance architecture such as Palazzo Strozzi, the palazzo di Benedetto da Maiano, del Cronaca, del Gabinetto Vieusseux and important art exhibitions that the city has managed to organize in recent years.
