Consequently some of them have invented a successful, imaginative cocktail, based on instinct, a ‘healthy’ practical sense and enthusiasm. They invented a job which unites the art of catering to that of hospitality. Some owners of important historical dwellings offered their services as cookery experts, organizing private courses for a few days on their ancient, hospitable estates.
